Bau-Flott Kft. provides professional fit-out construction in Budapest and its surroundings. Since our founding in 1992, our principles have not changed.

Drywall alongside the industry’s leaders
After our founding, we worked mainly in drywall construction as a subcontractor to the major companies of the time – Középületépítő Zrt., Pillér21 Kft. and Magyar Építő Zrt.
Defining drywall works
Notable works from this period include the Csepel Plaza cinema, the Duna Plaza Cinema, the Pólus Center Office Building, the entire Barrisol stretch ceiling of the Pólus Center, and the drywall works of the Collegium Hungaricum in Vienna.

From drywall we grew year by year to our current general-contractor level, taking on ever more complex tasks.
More than 45,000 m² of office space
We now have over 32 years of experience in the construction market, of which our company has spent 15 years in general contracting within the office-building segment, reaching more than 45,000 m² of office space completed.
